I recently got a RFE for my EAD application. I want to know if this will slow down my I-485 application. In other words, EAD and green card are totally seperate application or they are bound togerther? BTW, i also got a RFE earlier for my I-485 which i have replied.

Just talked to IIO and i was told my case is pending (hasn\'t been assigned to any officer yet). I was also told my case is "on the floor" but unknown when it will be picked up. Any guys know what "on the floor" exactly means?

No Title Question??? I was just checking CA I485 message board, and they have some approvals as late as 5/22/01 for Indian applicant. If congress issued an order shouldn\'t that apply to all service centers?
