something worth discussing I called IIO today to check the status of my finger prints and talked to a very nice person on the other side. my finger prints were done on 10/19 and as per avm they received it on 10/30. the call center person told me that ins received my finger prints on 10/19...

looking at the trends on immigration portal it takes a month at CSC  

it takes about 4 days from the time you first hear this message my ead was approved on oct. 30 and i also heard the same message. i received my ead card in mail on nov. 3. hope this helps

FP status related question the avm at ins states that they have received my finger prints and are waiting for some varification. Is the information about my finger prints in System 1 or System 2? How long does it normally take them to approve finger prints?

EAD card received on nov. 3 PCee, i received EAD card on nov. 3. I got my FP done early in San Jose and the AVM has an update message. They received FP in formation on oct. 30

EAD approved oct. 25 My EAD was approved as per AVM on october 25. Since I went for an iEAD, it seems it will take them some time to send me a new EAD. cheers

90 days count How do they calculate the 90 days? 90 calendar days from from RD or 90 working days from RD? Same question for the 180 days rule.
