    LC experience

    This question might have come up before and I may have missed the answer...But if anybody knows the answer I would appreciate their feedback. If someone gains experience with the current employer, can it be used for purposes of the LC if the job stated on the application is not the current job...

    New VSC processing times

    No Title my ND is March 19 and opt is expiring in 2 weeks.I had no choice but to pay for premium processing so we\'ll see what happens this week

    HOW LONG FOR i-129 RECIEPT?

    No Title I\'d say it\'s very normal...my I-129 was sent early March and I didn\'t get my receipt until 3 weeks ago. You might want to ask your employer to notify you when they get it because sometimes they don\'t.

    New VSC processing times

    it looked like for a couple months that VSC was processing new H1\'s with a date of 02/11/02...I now looked at shusterman . com and it shows that they are processing 02/20/02!!! and that\'s as of June 3rd...can someone confirm if they found processing times on a different site, Thanks

    Now long for VSC H1 - H1 transfer cases?

    No Title RD here is March 19 and still waiting, looks like premium processing is the only way to go these days
