    We had same problem. Call INS. In our case nothing worked-fax, letter to senetor..nothing. I finally got IIO on phone after 1hr of dialing and another hr on hold. Got FP notice in 2 weeks.

    \'case in unit\'-how long does it take from here??

    How long it takes to get assigned to officer? My case went in unit in Dec 01. So far not assigned. Anybody heard similar info from IIO & got approval? ND/RD Feb 2000 waiting!!!
