re:step3 & H1B same here! i\'m facing the same problem,i scored 99&92, & have taken the CSA last month,& expecting my result by mid oct.(latest)then,2-4 wks of FSMB processing the step3 application,so at best i might just be able to Get my result 1st wk of dec.orat best last wk of...- yaudara

1.what exactly does INS consider in order to arrive at a decision on whether to approve or deny an H1B petition? 2.is it better to change status after the petition has been approved in the USA or is it better to go to a consular border post in canada/mexico?. your reply is highly appreciated.- yaudara
