Question , How do I know, my case(I-140) was Eb3 or EB2? . My friend said it is EB3 because on receipt it shows sec .203(b) (3) (A) (i) or (ii) Is it true . Someone please educate me :confused:

Hi Gurus, My employer said he filed I140,I485, EAD on sept 29, 2003 . It is starnge, the checks which I wrote for EAD in favor of BCIS are still not cleared. Could anyone explain me, is there a possibility my employer might be lying. Please help me with suggestions. Thanks, kumar
