You may want to call INS and see what the status of your application is and also have your lawyer inquire about the status. I saw somewhere here on the boards the new processing times and I think the 485 dates are close to yours. So get into action dude. Good luck.

I second pork. At any given point there can be only one I-485 pending with INS as the person being a primary applicant.

Your attorney will receive the RFE in less than 10 days. So, be patient and meanwhile try to think of the grounds on which an RFE can be issued and be prepared to answer them. I do not think calling and IIO will help any. Good luck man.
