H1B extension .. can I request another I-797 copy and i-94 copy from USCIS directly?
HI. I recently got my H1B visa extended but my employer has not given me my I797 copy nor my I-94 copy and holding it back which is not right. They have also not provided my LIN/Receipt number... Please let me know if I can directly approach USCIS to obtain another copy of my H1b Visa (i-797)...- megamass
