I've just got rejected twice for the Taxes being filed 1 year late even payed off, three years before interview. I had problems after 2006 losing my investment in real estate, I went totally broke. Worse times of my life. Anyhow I filed 2006 late and couldn't pay (around $3000). Lost everything...
