RIR Question? Please help!!!!! My case is in MA SESA now, going to be transfered to Boston DOL. My lawyer told me that my RIR will very likely (99%) be denied because of current climate in Boston (RIR cannot get through at all)... However I do find lots of IT related LC are cleared everyday.
