Interview letter arrived I got a yellow letter asking me to bring my driver's license, then a week later (Aug 30th) I got the interview letter for Oct 4th. I hope it goes smoothly and I get the same day oath ;)

I am working for the same employer, so that wasn't an issue. My lawyer gave the EVL letter to them anyway, even though he wasn't asked for it. The information he gave about previous employers was to validate work experience per the job Ad.

This may depend on when you filed I-485. go to http://www.immigration.com/frame/nationalprfr.html , find your local district office, and see if they passed your filing date for I-485. If they did, then you probably have cause to inquire further.
