    NIW for Phisicians working in HPSA

    NIW & 5 year requirement I completed the 5 year requirement in a MUA this March, but only got the I-140 approved in April. My contract will end soon, and I would like to move to an area which is not underserved while awaiting greencard approval. Is there anyone out there in a similar situation?
