H4 to H1B conversion
Hi, I would like to know how long does it take to change the status from H4 to H1B if i have a valid job offer and am within the USA . Also can you please let me know if there any other rules which i should be aware of . Sorry i am totally new to US Immigration and have no idea about it ...- bnagdev
