Hi folks , mine is the only unfortunate case in my company for which I-140 amendment was issued because of company name change ! My company changed name 2 times and i got I 140 amendment in Mar 2001 Lawyer replied in May 01 and 2 I-140\'s got approved one in May itself for 1st name change...

AVM still says "On Dec. 29th...."

did u notify INS after your I-140 ammendment Approval or they knew I-140 got approved?
