PERM pending since Oct 2007 (more than 3.5 years)
PERM filed in Oct'2007 in EB2 Catagory. It was audited in Feb'2008 and responded immediately. Employer recently mentioned that now the case is with "BALCA". Unable to get further details. I wonder - What are the chances of PERM approval and What are my other options? I'm already in the...
