    littleadv, thanks for your reply! Just to clarify - we are about to apply for PERM, so my 2005 will become current in approx 6 years... Way too long to wait vs current for EB-2. Unless you meant something else here. Anyway, it's a good idea to try to find out why 12/2012...

    So what I was able to find is that an amended LCA may be my case (moreover there are up to three working locations possible in sections G(a) - G(c)). However, there's one important detail: I'm on EB-3 processing and does it change the situation? Appreciate you answers (if there are any lol)
