    At what time (PST) the CSC APS gets updated daily ?

    Any of the folks having any idea at what time (PST) the INS CSC APS system gets updated? Any one checked their status for example at 6PM and it is not updated and checked at 7 PM and got updated then we can confirm that it is between 6 and 7 PM, some thing like that. Thanks in advance.
