RFE for I-140 amendment ,when can i expect approval ?
I got RFE for I-140 amendment in May 01 , lawyer replied promptly , I-140 approved may 29 , AVM updated Aug 1 , saying received the RFE response on Aug 1 ...., no approval yet , anybody in same boat ? PD Jul 97, EB3 ,1485(RD) Aug 99 (CSC)- mq
