    I have a friend got his I-485 approved on April 2001 without doing FP "he said" .... also, he recieved FP notice on July 2001 " they request FP & it said please ignore this notice if your case has been approved" PLEASE I NEED EXPLANATION " NO KIDDING "

    ND 3/8/01 EB2..Sacramento / FL done on 4/26/01 .. still not approved... today he talked with INS info. He told him we just rieceved the FPlast week. see, it took 3 months to send the FL from FIB.....
