Is it correct that "INS is holding approvals for financial trouble compnies"
No Title INS is only checking has the company has filed for Chapter 11 or not . If the company has filed for Chapter 11 then they are asking them to submit the " Letter of support " again .( fresh copy ) Regards azcowboy007- cowboy Gun
