    Will I get departure if i leave the USA before a BIA's decision?

    Hi everybody, Here's the situation, the immigration court declined my case and I am going to appeal to the BIA. However, I don't think i have any chances there, so I just want to take some time and leave the country voluntary. Will I get departure in my passport in this case?
