ND 11/00 FP 03/01 I am in NJ area and don\'t know how Newark NJ INS office can do something for my case. I spoke to IIO and she told me my file still in CSC and they received my FP on March only, nothing is wrong with my case, still pending. My lawyer (BAL) told me that normal processing time...

Hi Guys,  What option do we have if our case not getting approved and how long we can wait for approval. IIO is not saying anything(working on 98 cases), Lawyer is interested in renewing AP/EAD for making money. I don’t know what to do at this time.

No Title First time when I talked IIO she told me my case assigned to officer on Jun-2 and then another time I called she told me JUN-27. At least this time she denied that my case has been assigned to officer yet. When I checked the other WAC-01-037-XXXXX on same -037- number still pending...

EB2- RIR I don\'t know what is wrong in my case. My other friends working in the same company and with the same lawyer(BAL) got approval long back applied after me on (ND12/00).
