L1 Visa Employment contract
If I am in the US on a L1a visa with no contract from the US company, is my employment subject to US law or Irish (where I was transfered from) Law. In my opinion it should be Irish as I am just send here for a period to perform a job/function. Please clarify :confused:- nico.scheeres
