Time of day to go for passport stamping?
No Title Frankus If you go by 4:00 to 5:00AM should be out by 11:30AM. But, the folks went there recently say the crowd is too much. So better go early otherwise INS may run out of tokens and will request you to come on next day. -mewtwo- mewtwo

I485 before marriage
Folks My friend got his I140 approved. He did not file I485 because he is planning to get married by Novemeber. Is there any way he can file I485 now and add his wife later to I485 petition after the marriage? If he files his I485 now, will his wife need to wait for long time to come to US...- mewtwo

No Title Pinkpiggy I am sorry to hear your case too. Do not get depressed. Just tell the truth if they ask during the interview regarding your previous attempt. Everything should be OK.
