If there is an additional name in one government document because of government regulations. But not in other civil documents ?? Has anyone dealt with this problem in the past ? What documents or explanation do I need to have ?

after staying 5 mo (Nov 10 - March 11) , and 3 mo last year. would this cause any problems during my reentry in 2 mo (June 2011). Would they give me another 6 mo or would i have a shorter duration.
