I was recently offered a Post Doc in CC.I finished my PhD and MS from US and I am right now on OPT (Indian Citizen).My employer said they can process J1 or H1B(non profit),But since my Spuse gets a work authorisation on J2 I was keen on taking up a J1.Do you think it will be hard to get a HRR...- Budz

I was on F1 Visa and after completion of course proceeded back to India and have been working in UAE for past 2 years.I am getting married in December 2011 and my Fiance is a PhD student on a F1 Visa and is graduating in May 2012(I 20 expires in May-2012).Is there a chance I will be denied my F2...- Budz
