my wac **155**, got FP in last week of july And got it done on 8/11 (actual scheduled date was 9/14)

It looks to me like, FP notice has been issued to people: 1. EB2 catagory and 2. Having a degree from US... Atleast as far as I have seen among my friends, thats the case. Any one else got recently????

I received my FP notice and I noticed a typo in the case type column. Instead of I-485 it says I-140 and Application Number column has a wrong WAC number. However, the A# is correct. Has anyone seen/heard this kind of typos and know what I can do about it. I talked to my lawyer and he does\'nt...

Ready garru That\'s OK... don\'t worry about the wrong wac #. THe A# is all that matters. I had a wrong WAC too.. San Jose ASC told me, A# is all that matters... -doc
