Got my passport stamped this morning. Went at 5 am. There were 100 people in front of me. I was inside by 7:50 am. My number was called by 9:50 am. I was back home by 10:20 am.

If your current salary is different (lower) from the salary on the LC, how will INS find out? I don\'t think they ask for paystubs either at FP or at PP stamping.

Check with the lawyer but here is my understanding:
If you get your EAD and AP, you must move to EAD after filing the form (I-9?) and then you can use your AP to re-enter the US. You don\'t need a H-1 visa to re-enter.
But, remember that once you go on EAD, you lose all the benefits...

Wait2001\'s A# and my A# are the same and our WAC#s are very close. Yet, he got the FP notice (his last name starts with G) and I am yet to receive it (my last name starts with P).

Looks like both your and your wife\'s last names start with M and your ND is 4/01. Is this correct? If this is, then it may be the beginning of FP notices for last names > L.
