Congrats! Since your usename is hk_girl, are you from HK? If so, it\'s great to finally see an approval for someone from HK. There\'s been almost no approvals for HK cases lately. I\'m from HK and I wish I could get approved soon!

The best way I\'ve tried is to start dialing from 8:30 am and play with the AVM till 9:00...

Raj, my RD:02/17; ND:02/21; FP:04/01,07/23 We\'ve received 2 FP notices, too. Our first set of FP were never received by INS, at least not until we have our FP taken the 2nd time on 7/17. When I called INS around 7/26, I was told that our FP were received on 7/19 but case not assigned. I...

I know I may still have a long way to go before getting my approval, but, to me, this is a milestone!! Just want to share with you. I just talked to an IIO and found out my case along with my wife\'s case were assigned on 8/27 to the same officer. I really wish this long wait could be ended...

I really want to believe that, but ... At least out of those pending cases with Feb. RD on Ciba\'s list, almost all of them are EB-3, how do you explain that?

No Title I suspect that they now have a standard way to answer calls! Two different officers gave me almost the identitcal answers for all my questions, they must have been given a guideline or something to answer our inquiry! Besides, they both offer me a number to fax inquiry. They also...

That\'s right! There\'re only one or two EB3 approvals! Who\'s gonna start the thread?

So why are some of us being left out? Are people within a particular range of RD being ignored? My RD is 02/01 ND is 02/02, too.

No Title AmanAshraf, when did you call? I called yesterday and today, both officers said cannot access system to check FP, I mean they didn\'t even let me know if my FP has been received or not!
