No Title Yes I did get a approval after the reference... I replied to a ref in Aug and it was enterented in the system in Sept and I got approval 15 days ago that is in Dec.... Hopefully you should get your approval soon... It takes anywhere from 10 to 16 weeks to get approval after ref at TSC

Waiting and Waiting..... My ref was for medical as my attorney had not sent with my I-485 when he had filed it in Sept 99

Started the green Card process in 1996..... and waiting Yes I called TSC and also I had a tracking number through which I checked. However it was entered in the system on Sept 17 that is what the IIO told me. Does anyone know how they keep track of Ref cases and how long is the wait...

Dear All: I had rec a ref for my medical mailed it on Aug22. TSC received it on Aug 23. Now I am waiting. My RD and ND =Sept 99. PD=Aug 96 My lawyer had not mailed the medical with my I-485 in sept99. I don\'t know why? I have been waiting for a very long time now... Does anyone know...
