my attoney got the letter for the interview at local office. I have not received anything.

PD 1/99. ND 11/00 My case\'s transferred to local office. Got an interview appointment for 2/27. 2nd FP was over last month. Curiously waiting. They told me to bring my I-94 and employment letter for the interview.

Case transferred to local INS office after 2nd FP. RD 12/99. PD 1/99. Local INS says they will schedule the interview in 2 months. What will they ask during the interview?

I have heard the same thing I went to the local INS office and talked with them. They aslo told me the same thing that the Senator\'s office has told me. So, I am hoping that the something positive will happen by March this year.

Talked to an IIO just now (SRC-00037-XXXXX) I talked to an IIO for 2nd FP today. She said they have scheduled it for November 27. She told me I would get the notices for 2nd FP soon. PD 1/99, ND 11/99, FP 1/00.

I waited for 40 min to get through They said they can\'t approve until my 2nd FP is done.

SRC-00-037-XXX I am still waiting man, I have talked to an IIO yesterday, she doesn\'t know why my file hasn\'t been touched since last two years. I am on 3rd EAD, ND 11/99 PD 2/99, FP 1/00... She said my fingerprints are expired and gave me a IIO\'s fax number and officer\'s fax # to request...

How did you get the notice for your second FP? Hello, I had my first FP done in Jan00. I talked to an IIO last week and she said she would send the notice for 2nd FP but she also said it may take 2 months to do that. I wonder what you did to get the 2nd fp done. thanks

Applied for 3rd EAD on July 15. I applied for 3rd EAD and AP on July 15. Got receipts. My current EAD expires in December this year. PD: Jan 99 ND: December 99 FP: Jan 2000 Waiting for my 2nd FPs but looks like it may not happen soon.
