H1-B approved, can I enter the US before Oct 1st on tourist visa?
I see. What if despite my explanations, the officer decides to deny my entry, would I simply be sent back and told to come back in late September on the H visa? Or would the denial jeopardize my H1B? Thank you very much for your guidance.- usvisaquestion
