    Sorry guys I was off two weeks but .... Fundoo, I used courtesy copies as my attorney did not send the copies to me. Also immigration officer did not give them back. Got stamping done in Tampa. FP date: 05/14/2001.

    Karen, My EAD application was sent back yesterday as I did not fill in category code.

    They said why it was rejected but not any thing about filling a new application and treat this as de My Receipt is SRC 01-104-XXXXX. My company does not file EAD with 485. So I decided to file for EAD on my own. I will try to talk to IIO today. Thanks for your replies so far Karen.

    Thanks Karen, It is not a long ago, about a month back. I will probably call them, thing that worries me is that my check was not cashed yet. so not sure whether I have to re file or just simply wait but I will probably try them on the phone and see if I can get through.

    Karen, Thanks for the reply. I have filed for EAD on my own. My check did not get cleared, so I was wondering how do I make sure if the application is lost or it is in pending state, etc..
