You shld apply for EAD urself Apply for EAD on ur own ...You will get it in 2-3 months ...It is very simple ..Download the form and pay the fees ..Mention the A# in the application- I-94

My wife has got EAD and Parole..Does I-94 matters in her case ..I-94 will expire in Nov 2001. Also in my case I am still in H1-B status filed I-485..bcuase of old passport which was due to expire in Nov .Immigration officer gave me I-94 till Nov .My H1 expires in June 2001 . If I have H1...- I-94
