No Title Go to your earlier Doctor and fill-up in new forms again. When I filed I submitted every thing as I did a new I-485 form. So do submit everything without any connection with your old I-485. Best of luck. Reddy

No Title Hi You filed I-485 earlier than you are supposed to file. It happend to me also. I filed again. I also received the old I-485 fees. SO file again ASAP.

For I-485 adjustment requirements: I-485 form G325A -Biographic sheet Medical report -I693 AP-I131 EAD-I765 For EB2 NIW....Do we need to put I-134 form for dependents?? Is there anything we need??? appreciate your responses....Subba Reddy

No Title Write or call your lawyer... it usally take 7 days from the date you hear the AVM update of your RFE. So do it.
