the average is killing
They might randomly pick up late cases. But it is the average processing time for most cases that is killing. If you go to the groups for other service centers, you can see most of their cases are after March. But take a look at ours... We just cannot take those extreme...
Guys, right now VSC and TSC are processing March\'s;CSC is even processing May\'s! Only NSC is stuck with Dec/Jan\'s with very few Feb\'s. It is too slow. Can we do something about it? Send email? Send letter to someone? C\'mon, let\'s do something!

The purpose is: since people said NSC is probably processing files ordered by different months and now the latest group is Feb-Apr, the next group could be May-July. So let\'s focus this group.
understanding the issue
I got the same issue. Me and my wife did FP on 07/17/01 and we received the second FP notice on October 3rd which scheduled us on 10/31/01. I checked with the IIO in NSC and she said both of ours FP are OK and cleared by FBI. She said she didn\'t know why this happened...

I took the FP on 07/17/01. But I got the sencod FP notice days ago. Then I talked to IIO and she told me the FP is fine (even cleared by FBI) and I can igore the second notice. So I just ignored it
I received the FP notice in June and I took the finger print in July 17. On October 5th, I received another FP notice scheduling me on 10/30/2001. It doesn\'t say if my finger print is OK or not. But it says if I have been finger printed within last 90 days, I can disregard the notice.
