Finally the wait is over, My RD 12/13/2000, ND 12/27/2000 FP done NOV 2001. RFE on wife\'s Birth Certificate, NSC received our RESP on 04/23/2002. Approved both my case and my wife\'s case on 05/29/2002.

I called IIO on 03/13/2002, he said my case was assigned on the same day I called again today, this time she said I got a RFE. She said they r preparing documents to send to my lawyer. RD 12/13/2000 ND 12/27/2000
