No RFE I only spoke to the IIO once when I had not recd. my fingerprinting notice even after 15 months of filing. I did not get a proper answer at that time. But I got my FP notice within 3 weeks after the call and subsequently was approved 4 weeks after the FP. Hope this info helps.
