Has anyone applied for EAD before the 90 day period at the Chicago INS office? Also how is the 90 day period calculated? Is it from RD or ND? My RD is July 3rd and ND is August 15th. When can I apply for EAD? Also what documents does one need to take for applying for the EAD? Is it enough...- mythali

Bhula, our info is exactly the same! Our RD is July 3rd. ND is August 14th. Have you received your EAD/ AP? We have not received the receipts for these ( only for I 485. Ehat about you? Please keep your case updated.- mythali
