Cards received. I and my wife received our plastic cards today. Stamping was done 8/15, AVM changed to cards ordered 8/30, Received cards 9/6. :)

Update... Just heard the AVM which changed to "On August 30th, 2002 after approving you application we ordered you a new card... normally takes 365 to 540 days. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready".

Talk to an IIO I was in the same situation... I called up VSC, talked to IIO and had them do the address change in the system. Also I sent out an AR11 form from the Dept. of Justice site.
