Just heard the AVM which changed to "On August 30th,
2002 after approving you application we ordered you a
new card... normally takes 365 to 540 days. Your card
will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready".

I was in the same situation... I called up VSC, talked
to IIO and had them do the address change in the
system. Also I sent out an AR11 form from the Dept.
of Justice site.

Got my and wife's passport stamped today at Boston INS.

Took along the coutersy copy, passport, EAD, I-94,
2 ADIT photos. Reached at 6:30am. 10-15 people
already in line. Gates open at 7.00am...

I saw two postings with RD at 8/1 and 8/6 for FP
