Sent RFE reply a month and half back - AVM not updated
Same here Same here... Even more confusing, I already received my RFE since Jan-Feb01.. and replied back.. but the AVM never mentioned anything regarding the RFE.. It still says "Your application to adjust status was received on.....". Any advice???- dantony

Receipt of RFE
No Title Thanks... I am using my company\'s lawyer and some people had bad experiences with him before... He said he had sent it out the stuffs around March/April 2001, but I haven\'t heard anything from INS about that...so I wonder... Anyway, what is \'AVM\'?- dantony

Receipt of RFE
Hi... I wonder if we actually should be getting any receipt from INS indicating whether they have received our Medical Check and RFE. I just want to make sure that my lawyer doesn\'t forget to send those out.- dantony
