Hello, I applied oci card for my 6months old son 3 months back.Now there is an objection stating that "APPL SENT BACK; CONSENT OF BOTH PARENTS & IND/US PPT COPIES REQD". I dont know whether they sent the application back or i have to mail any documents to the consulate because i did not...- LavanyaG
