Obviously, the more money you put in, the more interest it will earn. HOWEVER, I've never seen a bank that offers any more than 1% interest on savings accounts, it's typically 0.25 or around there.
Count your calories. Figure out a good number of calories in your mind that you can eat per day that wont trigger your eating disorder. Try to eat healthy fibre cereal in the morning and no fast food/ fried food throughout the day.
Boxing is an excellent workout because it works all muscles in the body. If you aren't interested in sparring, search for an aerobic boxing class or a boxing gym that does not expect people to spar if they don't want to.
