Got Mine in 10 Days I got an RFE issued on 10th August. I got it on 20th August. Of Course this went thru my lawyer who sits in San Francisco. I think it also depends how fast the lawyers can turn around and send the papers to the individual. Hope this helps.

No Title First go to the local INS office and get a temp EAD card. Using this card get another job. For RFE you can send the letter from the new employer. As usual it is always a good idea to get lawyer\'s opinion.
