I got FP but I did not get EAD and AP
No Title EAD and AP come in an Ordinary mail. Some times FP comes before U get EAD and AP. These cases happend more in California. Hope We Get GC Soon- Hope We Get Gc Soon

Laid-off -- Need Help
No Title I think U need to wait 3 months from RD or ND to get EAD from local INS office. If U dont get EAD with in three months by mail, then U can go to local INS office to get EAD. Good luck- Hope We Get Gc Soon
