I140 Amendment, because of the company\'s name changing.  

REF received 11/09/01, talk to IIO, still pending. Just talked to an IIO. My case, RFE requested 10/26, replied 11/05, received 11/09 ( User ID UMTO ) is still pending, not assign to an officer. She said I still have to wait for another 90 days. This drives me crazy.
