I had my I485 approved at the NSC. Since I live in Connecticut, I got my passport stamped at the local INS office i.e. Hartford, Connecticut, which comes under VSC jurisdiction. My question is which service center will process my card NSC or VSC ?

No Title Wife\'s Medical was the 2nd RFE. The civil surgeon did not mention the results of the TB test taken in the document (which was negative) the first time i.e. when we underwent full medical before I485 filing.

No Title Thanks. Since my case was approved at NSC and I live in Connecticut, which comes under VSC, my lawyer advised me to have the approval notice in hand before visiting ANY INS office for passport stamping. So I guess I will have to wait until I come back from India.
