    Time lag between MD and RD ?

    Friends, I see that there is a timelag between Mailing Date and Received Date. Sometimes this is a Year or more. Can anyone please tell me how long it is taking now for INS to Receive the I-485 ? I mean if MD=1 Mar 2002 What is the probable RD ? Thanks.

    Hi Priya_nnn There will be no priority date for labor. Labor will not even have an EAC. So, you have to be in touch with you lawyer or employer for that Info. The RD of you labor will be your PD for final stage (I-485) - That is all I know.
