Pending Approval I had my interview on 12th Dec 2001 at Baltimore. For no apparent reason, my I-140 was not sent to Baltimore (I had opted for adj. of status right from the beginning). I have asked my lawyer to check the status of my case for me ( I am currently out of the country on business).- FamiliarAjnabee1
