So no urgent need - not even in a hurry. Just thought one of the first things you would want to do after becoming a citizen is to (possibly) hold up someone else's genuinely urgent processing.

They just can't get rid of that old habit of filing in triplicates and tetraplicates, and keeping everything since Gandhi returned to India, in dusty files in moldy rooms.
